CBS Distributors Terms


In order to submit an order through our website successfully, you must have a payment method on file with our office. Payments are not collected directly through the website, since the shipping charges and applicable tax will be added at the time of shipment. After the order is shipped, your account will be invoiced for the actual total including shipping and any applicable tax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Check. If you wish to pay by check, please call us at 800-443-4333. You can submit a check to us by fax or mail. Any check not honored by the customer's bank will incur a $25.00 service fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be manually calculated at the time of shipment and will not be reflected when you checkout on this website. Our goal is to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. We make every attempt to ship multiple items in as few boxes as possible, minimize over-sized packages, and to ship by the most cost-effective method available, whether it be UPS, USPS, or LTL. This is a manual process that involves human judgement and therefore we are not able to accurately calculate shipping costs through our website. The actual shipping charge for your order will be invoiced to your account at the time of shipment. If you require a shipping quotation prior to placing an order, please call us at 800-443-4333.

Sales Tax

Sales will also be charged based on the prevailing laws in the state you are shipping to and whether the appropriate sales tax exemption forms are on file with our office. Shipping Time

Orders received by 2:00pm EST typically ship the same day. During our busy season (October through December) shipping may be delayed by 1-3 business days due to overwhelming volume. For exact shipment date, please contact us before placing your order. Estimated transit times are shown on the map below.


Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations to your order. If your order has already been shipped prior to notifying us of changes, please refer to our return policy below.


We accept returns on stock items within 7 days of product receipt. Custom Printed items are non-returnable. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs both ways.

Damaged Shipments

All of our shipments are insured. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to email us pictures that clearly display the damage so that we can proceed to file a claim with the shipping company. Once received, we will replace the damaged product(s) at no charge or issue a refund.
